We are now looking for an Installation Engineer for one of our customers based in Haugesund.

Responsibilities:

• Develop installation procedures and methodologies for subsea equipment.
• Conduct engineering analyses for lifting, lowering, and positioning subsea structures.
• Perform risk assessments and hazard identification for installation operations.
• Review and interpret project specifications, technical drawings, and procedures.
• Engage on tendering process of installation and decommissioning projects.
• Pre-commissioning or commissioning experience.
• Offshore work might be required.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Offshore, or Marine Engineering (or related field).
• Experience in subsea engineering, offshore construction, or related industries.
• Knowledge of subsea installation techniques, ROV operations, and dynamic positioning vessels.
• Familiarity with industry standards (API, DNV, NORSOK, ISO, etc).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work offshore and travel as needed
