We are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor for one of our customers based in Haugesund.

Responsibilities:

• Systematically gather, verify, and archive contemporaneous records related to project progress, changes, site activities, and contractual communications.
• Work closely with project engineers, site managers, planners, and the commercial team to capture real-time data from offshore and onshore renewable energy sites.
• Maintain accurate logs of labour, equipment, weather impacts, delivery schedules, subcontractor performance, and interface milestones.
• Identify and document early warnings, variations, or delays in alignment with contract mechanisms
• Support commercial reporting, change management, and claims preparation with credible and defensible records.
• Report regularly to the Project Director and Contract Management team, providing timely updates on commercial risks, cost implications, and contractual developments supported by contemporaneous evidence.
• Coordinate with document control and digital systems teams to ensure traceability and accessibility of all project records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant engineering field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent English, written and spoken. Norwegian is an advantage
