We are now looking for a Shift Lead EIT for one of our customers based in Stord.

Responsibilities:

• Be the Construction Manager / line manager's deputy in shift work for follow-up of Construction activities.
• Supervision and support to follow-up personnel
• Responsible for evening / night shifts
• Be a role model and driving force in HSSE, quality and productivity work
• Follow up decisions / priorities in daily coordination
• Make decisions based on multidisciplinary thinking in accordance with project implementation model – PEM
• Support discipline lead and FILs in daily coordination
• Support the discipline leader with planning the work
• Participate construction meetings and daily coordination meetings
• Participate in coordination meetings with Construction manager
• Ensure good overlap regards shifts / rotations and between shift leaders

Requirements:

• Vocational education with trade certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience from a related industry, or alternatively, 10 years of experience from a petroleum-related industry
• Material technology knowledge and understanding within own skilled trade/responsibility
• Knowledge and understanding of MC completion
• Good understanding of oral and written English
